for the past 2 days i have stayed up until 5 in the morning watching the first season of "pete & pete" (jamie bought the dvd). it has made my life atleast 50% better.

only 1 more final at 3:45 and then.....

Lois' funeral was today....it sucked. it was hard but we all got through it. Jane is still really upset though. After the funeral, the church cooked us an awesome dinner and then sis came back to lexington with me while Jane and Dad did all the legal stuff. we had a pretty good time. Atleast Lois is in a better place i suppose. It's still very sad though. Me and sis both cried a lot, but it was much easier with her there with me.

On the upside....Britta is having my niece =) i knew she would be, i never doubted it for a second.

last weekend was an absolute blast, friday we saw silent hill (which was horrible) then went out to eat and rented movies. Saturday Jamie and I laid in bed until 7:00 at night (haha) then we went and ate Thai food and partied at Trevors. Sunday we went to Keeneland and tailgated and then just came back and was very lazy. it was very relaxing but now I must start preparing for finals. they are going to kick my behind.

I'll be home next friday...I can't wait to see you all =)

here I am at the library trying to study for my test on thursday. instead i find myself facebooking and xanga-ing. oh well...time for a small update

*this weekend was nothing short of amazing. i got to see all my friends and had a small get together at my lovely home. it was delightful =) i'll definatly be doing a lot of that this summer. there are a lot of pictures. see them on julie's site (www.xanga.com/ann__disaster). it would be pointless for me to just repost them. enjoy.

*sis, kaila, and amanda are supposed to come up here saturday. i don't know if it'll go through or not but if it does that'll be sweet. i'm excited.

*this week, dead week, then finals week =) how exciting. but oh foodfair =(

*today is the "students today, alumni tomorrow" spring event. carnival/free pizza. ooh la la how exciting.

*my family is kinda going through a rough time. Jane's mother (Lois, my step-grandmother) is losing her battle with lung/brain cancer. she's at hospice right now. it's inevitable that she's going to die, she can't recover. we are all just hoping that she will go soon so that she will stop suffering. if you get the chance please pray for her and my family.

*on another note....i miss my britta=( we were supposed to find out yesterday if she's gonna have my niece or my nephew...i guess we'll just have to wait until tuesday. i'm very excited. she's going to have a beautiful baby....hopefully it looks more like her though...hehe. it's gonna be the cutest baby i've ever seen....summer is right around the corner boo, i'll be home and i'll get to see you all the time...and then august =) it'll be here before you know it...i love you

well....as of today Jamie and I officially have Bonnaroo tickets. jealous? yeah i would be too =) hehe

it's going to rock my face.

this morning i woke up at 6 o' clock (after going to bed at 4) and walked around outside by myself and watched the sun come up. I didn't really do it on purpose, I had to go up to go get my car from Trevor's house and avoid getting a ticket, but either way that ended up being an added bonus. now I am just wasting time until my test at 8.

I hate annotated bibliographies. I suppose if I'm going to be an English major I should get used to them though. i'm sure from my xanga entries you can't tell english is my major (well, it will be on april 20). i hardly use any capitalization and my grammer is terrible. oh well, deal with it.

the weekend was lovely. friday night we went and ate gatti-land followed by us seeing ice age 2 and then renting thumbsucker which turned out to be pretty good. sara didn't go home until saturday this weekend so friday we all had a sleepover =) fun. then saturday we got up bright and early and went to keeneland for the day (we only won twice, which ended up being only 14 bucks or so). then after a long night we headed over to trevor's to party it up =) after rolling in the dorm at about 3, we then proceeded to sleep until noon and pretty much not do anything all day sunday. we laid in bed, ordered mad mushroom and watched tv. it was a very relaxing day =) i love my jamie.

we will be home this weekend for easter. i can't wait, school is really starting to wear on me. i miss my family (especially my tissy). oh yeah, and i miss my friends too =) may 5 i will be home for the summer. my life will probably revolve around foodfair  just like last summer.
